Podcast Alpha Premium — Acceptable Use & Disclaimer Addendum

Supplements, and does not replace, the Terms of Service, Financial Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy, which continue to govern all use of the Service. Where this Addendum is silent, those documents control. Where this Addendum speaks specifically to Premium, it controls for Premium use only.

1. What Premium is

Podcast Alpha Premium is a $99/month, self-serve recurring subscription billed directly through our payment processor (Stripe) — a separate billing relationship from the $9/mo Substack-billed subscription, if you also hold one. Premium grants access to every model marked live in our catalog at the time you access it. "Full access to all models" describes the catalog at the time of access, not a commitment to any specific number, cadence, or date of future model releases. New models may be added over time; how many, and how often, is not guaranteed by this subscription.

2. Not investment advice

All content, models, data, and analysis available through Premium — like every other tier — is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, trading, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in Premium constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security. See the full Financial Disclaimer for complete terms, which apply to Premium in full.

3. Acceptable use

Premium accounts are for a single individual's use. Because Premium grants access to our full catalog at a higher price point than other tiers, we treat unauthorized sharing of login credentials or session access among multiple users as a material breach of the Terms of Service (§5) and may suspend access without refund if detected.

4. Billing and cancellation

Premium is billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, consistent with Terms of Service §4. No partial-period refunds are issued. If you separately hold a $9/mo Substack subscription, note that it is billed and administered independently — cancelling Premium does not itself cancel a separate Substack subscription, and (as a known current system limitation) cancelling Premium may temporarily affect your account's overall access flag; if you hold both subscriptions and cancel one, contact support (aaneh.llc@gmail.com) to confirm your remaining access is correct.

5. Changes to this Addendum

We may update this Addendum. Material changes will be presented for fresh acceptance at your next Premium checkout or renewal step. Changes to this Addendum do not, by themselves, require existing free-tier or Substack-tier subscribers to re-accept anything.

6. Everything else

All other terms — intellectual property, warranties, limitation of liability, governing law, and general acceptable use — are as stated in the Terms of Service and apply to Premium without modification.
